For HR, sales and marketing teams: pick a gift collection and a budget, send a link by email or chat, the recipient chooses a gift and enters their own address, and your team sees every gift, cost and occasion in one place.

Company with 140 employees and a sales team of 9. October: 12 work anniversaries — gifts sent by link from the HR budget, 11 chosen within a week. Sales sends 30 thank-you gifts to clients after a conference; marketing sees the cost per gift and per team.
Choose your planHR, sales and marketing teams send gifts all year: welcome packages for new hires, work anniversaries, thank-yous to clients, follow-ups after events and meetings. The hard part is rarely the gift itself. It is collecting addresses, keeping track of who received what, and making sure spending stays within each team's budget.
Gift Desk is built around one idea: send by link. The sender chooses a collection and a budget, and sends a link by email or chat. The recipient opens it, chooses the gift they like and enters their own shipping address. Nobody in your company needs to ask for home addresses, which is easier for everyone and better for privacy.
Collections are set up by budget and occasion. HR can have an onboarding collection and an anniversary collection; sales can have a client thank-you collection at another price level. Each collection shows what the recipient will see, so the sender knows exactly what goes out.
Every team gets its own budget. Each gift shows its cost, the sender, the recipient and the occasion. Managers see spending by team and by month and can set limits, so budgets do not run out in the first quarter.
For HR, Gift Desk can import the list of employees with start dates and birthdays, and reminds the team before each anniversary. For sales, gifts can be linked to the account or deal they relate to, so the team sees which clients received what.
Recipients who do not choose within a set time get a reminder; unchosen gifts can be cancelled so the budget is returned. Reports show how many gifts were chosen and shipped and the total cost for any period.
Setting up takes an afternoon: teams, budgets, collections and the people allowed to send.
A typical month looks like this. HR receives a reminder of the anniversaries coming up and sends links in a few clicks. Sales sends thank-you gifts after a closed deal directly from the gift desk, with the account noted. Marketing sends gifts to event attendees from one list. At month end every team sees what it spent and what is left in its budget.
Recipients like choosing a gift themselves, and companies like not handling home addresses. When a recipient enters an address, it is used only to ship that gift.
Gift Desk handles selection, addresses and tracking. Gifts are shipped by the vendors in each collection under their own terms.
